Summary
For many reasons, family medicine teachers do not receive regular, timely, actionable and private feedback on their teaching. Canadian medical educators developed a free App available now that offers exactly this, closing an important gap in faculty development.

Caveats: this format of receiving teaching feedback may reduce learner confidentiality. Inform learners clearly that their submissions are immediately viewable even though they may submit anonymously. At McMaster, these submissions are private and not collected towards promotion. As such, learners may be asked to evaluate the same teacher/teaching assignment through existing institutional processes, whereby increasing feedback burden.
